One of the best discoveries we made in Singapore (also maybe one of the worst, but that is another story) was found by mistake. We were in Paragon and had actually wanted to eat @ Din Tai Fung. After finding out the truth! (as I said, another story) we moved on to the restaurant next to it.The restaurant seems to specialize in chinese herbal soups. They have many to choose from in the menu and as a soup lover, I just had to try!The soup we ordered was the black chicken, mushroom and dried scallop soup.
