The seafood counter is actually only one third of the restaurant area. The other two being the dessert counter I have blogged earlier and local cuisine. So lets take a closer look at the seafood first. I am guessing that the prawns are cook by either steaming or boiling them. There are also mussels, fresh oysters, crabs and crab salad served with fish roe. Raw salmon is placed in a separate container.
