occasionally circumstances dictate the inclusion of non-food topics. If you are an animal lover, Malaysian or otherwise, please read this blog post about a Kuala Lumpur municipality's inexcusably wrong-headed approach to dealing with our stray dog problem. Then go here and add your name to a petition asking the Selayang Municipal Council to cease and desist. (If you're a foreigner, please say so in the comments section.) Its money would be better - and more humanely - spent identifying and fining irresponsible pet owners and undertaking a mass neutering campaign.
