**Non-Halal**One of the dishes that my mom made, easy peasy. This recipe is modified from The Best of Patsie Chong - Pregnancy & Confinement recipe book which I've gotten sometime back. Other than confinement dishes, there are a lot of simple but brilliant recipes which one can play around with. Her version of the recipe called for double-boiling these ribs for 2 hours.
