The restaurant is split into two sides, one side specialising in yakiniku (meaning grilled meat in English), while the other side specialises in shabu shabu (Japanese hot pot). When I was there with Nala a few weekends back, we decided to have shabu shabu. As compared to sukiyaki, shabu shabu is supposed to be more savoury and less sweet. We have two broths to choose from, one that is miso-based while the other is clear broth made with kelp.... read more
