My first experimental five-min artisan loaf
You must have seen this before in the blogosphere. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. I didn't pay much attention to it until today, thinking I ought to learn proper bread-baking first, before diving into shortcuts. But thanks to Southernoise, I learnt just how easy it is to get really good bread. My first try yielded this baguette-like white bread with chewy crust and soft insides.
