I was just enjoying the guy doing the 'tarik' of all the cups of teh tarik that he was preparing, so I ordered one too.I happen to be sitting at the table in front of his stall, and I get to see him in action. There are quite a few teh tarik stalls around that only 'stir' the tea instead of 'pulling' it in the air.
