My friends and I decided to check out this Dessert's Bar at swanky Menara Hap Seng. Since there isn't many patrons, service was quick and attentive as it's still early. Even though each time I pass by this place and it seems empty, surprisingly the patrons slowly coming in as lunch hour wore on.
